There is ample parking, including disabled spaces, nearby, the nearest being off Bridge Street onto the waterfront. There is more parking available a little further away on Grafton Way and Star Lane. There may be a small number of parking places available on the waterfront itself.

The treatment room is on the second floor and there is a lift available for those who may need it. Please ask at reception for guidance to the treatment room.

Student discount is available upon presentation of a valid NUS card
Payment by cash, cheque and card available
Initial consultations usually last between 30 and 45 minutes.
Follow up consultations are usually about 30 minutes although this may vary depending on your needs.
